Permitted Reference

Product Information

Features, integrations, deployment modes, availability, and commercial terms are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Product representations are illustrative and do not establish customer use, Service Levels, or contractual availability.

Security and Governance

No technology eliminates Security Risk. Results depend on authorized scope, source quality, configuration, identity controls, review, and operating practice. The platform provides Evidence and decision support. It does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, compliance counsel, an accredited audit, or an authoritative system of record.

Human Approval and External Action

Findings, proposals, approvals, external execution, and verification are separate records. Accountable people authorize work. Execution occurs in the appropriate external system and verification requires new collection or evaluation Evidence.

Mission Planning

Candidate Enterprise Missions are planning outputs derived from available Evidence. They are not authoritative until an authorized owner reviews and records the actual Mission, intended outcome, and accountability.

Enterprise Cost Modeling

Cost of Action, Cost of Inaction, delay cost, exposure, and related values are deterministic planning estimates unless an authoritative source is explicitly identified. They are not forecasts, valuations, approved budgets, vendor quotes, accounting advice, insurance conclusions, or guarantees of loss avoidance.

Contact Privacy

Contact information is used to review and respond to the submitted request, manage evaluation discussions, protect the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not submit credentials, secrets, regulated records, customer data, or sensitive operational Evidence through the Contact Form. Review the Privacy Notice for purposes, lawful bases, retention, transfers, and individual rights.

Information and materials are provided for informational purposes without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Controllers and Contact

Orbitalys© LLC is the Controller for Product and Enterprise Evaluation inquiries handled in California. OrbitalysNL© is the Controller for Netherlands Consulting, Technical IP Creation, and Support inquiries, unless an agreement identifies another arrangement. The applicable organization is confirmed when the inquiry is answered. Submit a Privacy Request through the Contact Form or email contact@orbitalys.ai.

Information Collected

The Contact Form may collect your name, work email, company, role, phone, organization size, Inquiry Type, timeline, message, Privacy acknowledgement, optional Marketing choice, Privacy Right selected, submission time, and source page. Security infrastructure may process limited connection, request, error, and abuse-prevention records. Do not submit credentials, confidential IP, regulated records, special-category data, client personal data, or export-controlled information.

Data Minimization

Only information reasonably needed to route, review, secure, and respond to a request is requested. Optional fields may be left blank. Submitted information is not used to build advertising profiles or sold as personal information.

Purposes and Lawful Bases

Recipients and Processors

Authorized personnel and contracted providers may process information only as required for hosting, content delivery, Contact Form submission, email delivery, Security, support, and professional advice. Providers are subject to contractual confidentiality, Security, and data-protection obligations appropriate to their role. Contact details are not sold.

International Transfers

EEA processing is preferred for Netherlands service inquiries. Where information is transferred outside the EEA, an applicable adequacy decision or approved safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where required, will govern the transfer.

Retention

Contact records are retained only as long as needed to respond, manage an Engagement, satisfy legal obligations, or establish claims. Unsuccessful or irrelevant Inquiries and limited Security records are reviewed and deleted under documented retention practices. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn or the relevant purpose ends.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw Marketing consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Requests are handled without undue delay and normally within one month. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Complaints

Questions or complaints should first be submitted through the Contact Form so the responsible organization can respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Automated Decisions and Children

The Contact Form does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Services are intended for business representatives and are not directed to children.

Notice Changes

Effective 4 September 2026. Material changes to providers, purposes, legal bases, retention, or transfer arrangements will be dated and presented clearly.

Functional Storage
